The deities have decreed that tribal colony sim Kaya’s Prophecy will be released on April 10
Blessed be the cards

Bristol, United Kingdom — March 11, 2025 | Gather, congregation, and heed the words of your omnipotent overlords. We have been blessed this day with the news that Kaya’s Prophecy shall be fulfilled on April 10. Rejoice, or suffer divine wrath!
In their all-powerful glory, the almighty ones have granted the power of leadership to the fabled prophesied ones known as ‘players’. The lucky chosen few will hear your complaints, manage your resources and constantly fear being incinerated by a displeased deity. Don’t forget to thank their holinesses for this wonderful opportunity!
The almighty ones’ graciousness knows no bounds as they promise further gifts to their devoted followers. To aid them in their divine mission to lead their village to greatness, chosen ones have had the most holy of items bestowed upon them: a deck of cards. Resources, upgrades and even our roles as the villagers depend on these cards. To call this nothing but chance is heresy - all outcomes are clearly decided by the deities themselves. Question it at your peril.
As a display of gratitude for this upcoming gift of overwhelming responsibility, the deities will accept donations of food, materials, and/or human sacrifices. Be warned: failure to accurately exhibit your thanks may result in electrocution, incineration or general curses on you and your loved ones. Accepted donations will be rewarded with another day of mostly pain-free living.
As it has been decreed, Kaya’s Prophecy will be available on Steam from April 10, 2025. For the latest updates, follow Yogscast Games on Bluesky, Instagram and TikTok.
